So far the customer service sales team have been very responsive and helpful in assuring me that the trench coat I ordered will be made to the measurements I provided. Adam was particularly comforting in his prompt responses to my questions and concerns. I look forward to receiving a shipping notice and also to receiving the coat!

GBSCAMS SCAM THEY ARE LOCATED OVERSEAS NOT SAN FRANCISCO LIKE THE ADRESS DESCRIBES IVE WAITED THE 15 to 17 DAYS AND ALL I GOT IS GENERIC EMAILS. YOU TUBE VIDEO ON THE WAY WITH PROOF OF ORDER AND PAYMENT AND EMAIL PHOTOS. HOPEFULLY DETERRING NEW CUSTOMERS FROM BUYING INTO A SCAM.

GBItem NOT as pictured. The jacket I ordered was Jackson Foley’s letterman’s jacket. The Lion looked like an eagles beak. It was awful! Also, the sleeves were pleather, not leather, as advertised. The address they show is in California, but they are really overseas. SCAM.
