Con artists I sent my equipment back and canceled the service because I did not have the internet speed to support it. I used the label they supplied in the box. Over a month later they charge my account for the equipment. I spoke with a manager who would not refund my money. These people are con artists. Stay away.

Annoyed! I've been a customer for about five years. Up until late last year having a signal issue was never much of a problem. I could understand during a heavy rain storm, or snow build-up on the dish, where there would be an interruption. Now it's almost daily that the darn signal saver pops-up. Incredibly annoying. Programming is interrupted. Recordings are incomplete. I had someone come out to check the dish. It was slightly realigned. Two days later the signal saver was again on a roll. I made another appointment to see if there might be something wrong with our equipment. Rep was to be here between noon-4pm. I received a call two days prior to appt day to confirm. Thought all was well. Twenty minutes before the close of the four-hour window I got a call that no one was coming due to the appointment not being scheduled! REALLY!! This company just can't get it together. Doesn't really matter if you try and call customer service because you get put on hold with that annoying music and bird talking and then you're told wait time will be like 30 minutes or more. Again, REALLY! I'd like a clear answer as to why there are continual satellite issues. Guess it's time to cancel. Should have done it sooner. BTW, don't send me that stock reply about reaching out and you're so sorry, blah, blah, blah. By now it should be obvious to you that what you're doing isn't working or there wouldn't be so many dissatisfied customers.

DirecTv representatives are scammers I called 1-800-531-5000 wanting to get tv & at&t internet. After taking my home address and other information, the DirecTv Rep gave me a quote of $176.99 a mo. for just the Ultimate tv package. At the same time, I was looking at the DirecTv website which quotes $114.99 a mo. for the same package. This made me feel like DirecTv representatives are scammers.

beware direct tv are snakes they will… beware direct tv are snakes they will charge your account even if your getting a 13 day free trial they lied to me they took out $145.98 out of my account same day i signed up beware i went back to FUGO TV honest great customer service.

Inappropriate customer service rep I went to cancel my service, and told the representative it was due to it being an unnecessary expense at this time. I never had problems with my service. He then proceeded to ask me what I was going to do for entertainment and who used the account. I said we didn’t use it much. After a pause, he came back and said, “well someone has been watching ESPN” and then asked if it was my husband or boyfriend. This felt so invasive and inappropriate…it is none of his business, I already told him multiple times why I was canceling, and that a lower price wouldn’t matter. He crossed a line, inquiring into my personal life. I didn’t answer and just asked him to cancel the account. This is not the way to retain customers. When I eventually get cable again, it will not be with directtv.
