Non existent customer service Positive: I found two books that I couldn't find anywhere. Negative: They didn't ship my order for about three weeks. I requested a cancellation. I sent two emails, used their form, called their number. I never got a response but they promptly created a shipping label right after my first cancellation request.

Viera Location I've found that people who work in bookstores LOVE working in bookstores. Not today. Not this location.

I was checking for two books to buy I was checking for two books to buy, I google them and google books showed me this website Books-A-Million, so I went and I found the two books, I bought them and they charged me $44.00 to my credit card. Next day they charged me again $26.00 to my credit card for one of the books that I already paid. One day later they charge me again for the second book that I already paid in the first day. So they over charge me twice for the two of the books.... are they legits or scammers, or thieves? maybe the last two.

Destin Florida clerk CC FRAUD! One of the clerks at the Destin Florida store in the Commons was playing on her phone while she was ordering a book to be sent to my house. Little did I know she must have been copying my credit card info into her phone because that same day I had hundreds of dollars worth of fraudulent charges on that same card. I’ve emailed their feedback center and I’m going back today. The clerk needs to be fired and should not be able to access customers credit card info at future employers. I am also considering pressing charges.
