GBNon existent customer service Positive: I found two books that I couldn't find anywhere. Negative: They didn't ship my order for about three weeks. I requested a cancellation. I sent two emails, used their form, called their number. I never got a response but they promptly created a shipping label right after my first cancellation request.

GBI was checking for two books to buy I was checking for two books to buy, I google them and google books showed me this website Books-A-Million, so I went and I found the two books, I bought them and they charged me $44.00 to my credit card. Next day they charged me again $26.00 to my credit card for one of the books that I already paid. One day later they charge me again for the second book that I already paid in the first day. So they over charge me twice for the two of the books.... are they legits or scammers, or thieves? maybe the last two.

GBOur local store in Wilmington Our local store in Wilmington, NC took out the coffee shop and seating around their store. Not going back. It's pretty clear from the parking lot their demise is on the horizon.

GBStill Waiting Preordered a book back in May that released August 4th. No notification of a card error until I happened to check my order status on the 3rd of August only to find out my book still hadn't shipped due to said card error. Never would have known this unless I checked it myself. No error email or anything. Updated card info and have been checking tracking since the book shipped, tracking stopped updating 5 days ago and has come to a stand-still and customer service won't answer my email. Not impressed with their online ordering process. I will preorder from Barnes and Noble next time.
