GBIf the prices and promises seem too good to be true, they are. Be ready to wait. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, and only received 2 notifications. The first was that my card would be charged, and the second a week later was that the item was "to be shipped". Two weeks later, and it still says to be shipped. I have tried numerous times to call and email Vivedecor, and I haven't received any return emails or phone calls. This business is very unprofessional. How many other businesses don't answer their phone during business hours? Oh wait, it gets better. The answering service sounds like a poorly recorded home answering machine message. ]

GBSCAMMERS If you read all the positive reviews you'll notice a pattern under which all of them are written. It's so obvious that they are fake. I bought a coffee table from this web site, and it arrived broken. Wasted 4 months trying to get a hold of them, without any success. I just hope somebody gets them good for all the people they've scammed so far.

GBDont order from this company I made a … Dont order from this company I made a first call to the company to find out if they had a tracking number for me amd the lady who answered said I called a wrong number. I checked the website and called the listed.number and a man answered and said to "Go to he77" then proceeded to tell me "Dont call back dog timmad" then humg up. All I had said was hello is this Vivedecor I will be contacting my credit card company. Bad experience

GBWrong color in picture; nonresponsive After searching online for an electric wall mount fireplace on many different vendors websites, I finally settled on a lovely silver framed 40 inch unit. I didn't find a lot of units to choose from in silver framing, but found a lot in black within my price range. I was trading some size and black and some sleekness to find a silver unit in my price range that I thought would integrate batter into my home. When I received the unit, I was really surprised to find that it was framed in black. After searching online, I realized that the unit isn't even made with the silver frame. It is really a lovely products at a good price, but I could have gotten a sleek black much more sleek larger unit had I wanted to order a black unit. For $10 less I could've gotten a motor flame that was 15 inches larger and therefore more dramatic. Knowing that I would need to pay for return shipping and restocking, when the item was a totally different color than that which was depicted on their website, I called and emailed several times. Several weeks later I still have not heard back. Again, their price was good and the product is lovely, but it is not what was shown on their website and they still haven't updated the photo with an accurate photo despite my numerous calls and emails.
