Horrible company!!! Never order from oneclickmx dba vivedecor!! Horrible company!! They told me excuse after excuse regarding the delay of an order. I finally cancelled it and 5 months later, I received it from the manufacture! They will not respond to any communication regarding return and refund!!! Save yourself the headache!!

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had, hands down. They shipped me the wrong items, and one arrived extremely damaged. After sending several emails and leaving messages at a number that no one EVER answers, someone called me back and I was told that the items I ordered were discontinued so they sent me other items as a replacement without asking me first. I did not want either item so they said okay, we'll pick them up and refund your money. That was over a month ago. Since then no one from ViveDecor has returned any of my phone calls or emails telling me how or when to return these items. In the meantime I have two huge boxes of furniture taking up all of the space in my foyer and I've had to file a claim with my credit card company as part of their Purchase Protection since ViveDecor has not responded. I was suckered into buying from this company because of their low prices; it is true, you get what you pay for! BUYER BEWARE!!!

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE. I ordered online a washer machine from ViveDecor. They said it would be delivered between 10-15 days. After 15 days, I was concerned about my delivery. I paid over 1k and still had no details concrete details of where it was, so I called vive. I spoke to the receptionist who was completely unprofessional and SCREAMED at me and hung up the phone when I asked to speak to a manager. After many calls, come to find out, the distributor had closed for 1 week and Vive failed to notify me of the change. Worst part is that I paid for white glove service since I'm a single woman and would not be able to get the machine in myself. When the delivery finally came, the driver refused to deliver it inside! I ended up having to send it back and have it redelivered the next day and had to pay $100 to have two guys help me bring it in!! Vive did not reimburse me. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$ ON A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! This company advertises (still, as of today) a 148 piece set of magnets (G8108 Guidecraft Magneatos Jumbo Master Builder - 148 Pieces) for $69.99. They did not contact me for 7 days as to the status of my order. I called to inquire about the order and spoke with someone who is obviously running things out of his house -- and, conveniently, his manager is 'out of town'. He told me that the manufacturer has 'changed their pricing this year' and 'no longer offers a 148 piece set' -- proceeded to tell me he could order me a 100 piece set and an additional 30 or 60 piece set AND CHARGE ME THE DIFFERENCE!! I said 'you sold me a product with 148 pieces and now it somehow my fault that you are unaware of what you can order from your vendor?!?!' I made a suggestion that they send me the 100 piece and 60 piece sets at no additional charge. He said it would be a difference of about $50!!! This is a crock and I have never heard of a company being so underhanded, not to mention unwilling to communicate with their customers! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lowest Prices On the Web. I was shipping for a new electric fireplace and located ViveDecor because they offered the lowest price on the internet. I placed my order over the phone with a lady named Nicole who was very very helpful in taking my order and in answering my questions. I placed my order for my Classic Flame Fireplace and I received it in just 5 business days. Everything was quick and easy. The best part was the price. ViveDecor was 200 dollars cheaper than any and all competition. Thanks Vive.
