If the prices and promises seem too good to be true, they are. Be ready to wait. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, and only received 2 notifications. The first was that my card would be charged, and the second a week later was that the item was "to be shipped". Two weeks later, and it still says to be shipped. I have tried numerous times to call and email Vivedecor, and I haven't received any return emails or phone calls. This business is very unprofessional. How many other businesses don't answer their phone during business hours? Oh wait, it gets better. The answering service sounds like a poorly recorded home answering machine message. ]

TOTAL SCAM - Do not order from this site! I have never taken the time to review any online purchase to date, and I have purchased many many items online over the years. This experience was so maddening, however, that I felt it right to warn others. There is absolutely no way to reach this company, via phone or email, and get any response whatsoever. I have called no fewer than 15 times and have gotten a voice recording every time telling me to leave a message. This is immediately followed by a recording saying the mailbox is full. I have sent 4 emails so far with no response from any, including the final email telling them to cancel my order immediately. I will now have to keep contacting my credit card company to cancel the order once they charge the card, which they do not do right away. All of this because there is no way to actually CANCEL your order online, nor check on the status of your order, NOR get a timeline of shipping, processing, etc. This company is 100% a scam and the positive emails on this string are FAKE, there is no doubt in my mind. Do not buy from this company!

Worst Company Ever!!!! I ordered a rocking horse for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered it 3 weeks before Christmas. I am still waiting on it. When I call vivedeocor it goes straight to voicemail and oh you can't leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. Big surprise I bet the mailbox is full from the rest of the customers like me that got scammed out of a Christmas present for my 2 year old!

I enjoyed everything from their super duper low prices to their super friendly customer service and their lightning fast shipping. I saved them to my favorites and they are my new supplier. We are more than pleased with our 33" Classic Flame Firebox insert. The beautiful flame is great and the heat it puts out is fantastic. We bought the 33EF022GRA firebox and I used to have a Dimplex unit but I am glad I bought a Classic FLame fireplace instead. Classic FLame is by far better than DIMPLEX.
