The salesman confirmed to me alterations required to the suit I purchased were free, I reconfirmed this once again with the Sales person but after I had paid, I discovered that they had charged me a total of £75 as alteration charge, I wrote to customer services, it was established the agent had given me incorrect information, rather than apologise and refund me the alteration money and say sorry that the agent was unaware of company policy which states that customer has to pay for every stitch of alterations. I was then told as the product had been altered to fit my waist it could now not be refunded, all tricks to cheat and trap you, this guys would shame dell boy, Straightforward cheating. The quality of products has also gone down and prices doubled. Don’t buy BOSS

GBI went into your store on Ingram Street… I went into your store on Ingram Street in the centre of Glasgow. I was threatened by a member of staff who behaved in a disgusting manner. He glared at me, trying to intimidate me and generally behaving in a threatening nasty manner. When I took my purchase to the till he raged and fumed as he put my purchase in the bag then thrust the bag at me in a threatening and angry manner. I tried to show him I was not intimidated by him or his terrible behaviour. I have been in the shop since then and he follows me around the store trying to get other members of staff to behave in an angry and threatening manner. I find it unbelievable that such an individual works in your store. Awful customer service bordering on bullying the customer. The worst service I have ever experienced. i will not be buying anymore Hugo Boss merchandise. Disgusting customer service.

GBAbsolutely terrible customers service… Absolutely terrible customers service in the Plymouth store, no one wanted to help you and when they did they were not helpful at all. The women who served me had her EarPods in acting like she didn’t want to be there and was also shaking her head at customers and being very rude! For a hind end company you would expect decent employees but there all rude. Avoid this shop!!!

GBWestfield Hugo Boss Store: Poor customer service Westfield Hugo Boss Store, arrogant staff member. Went to return a sales item after the due day. Customer services said it was fine and you can get credit for it. But Westfield one staff member disagreed with customer service. We cannot accept this, we need a email from customer service really? This is how this arrogant staff member treats customers, offering no alternatives. Well we checked with customer services and no email is required so he lied. Wow the money you spend and this is how they treat you. I must say when we rang customer services, they are exceptional but the staff member at Westfield Hugo boss store, totally arrogant.

GBCanary Wharf London branch Canary Wharf London branch. Visited today to return a shirt I bought yesterday and store manager was nasty and said could not give refund as it had a 10% discount applied to it which meant it no longer qualified for a refund. There is no mention of that on the receipt but she tried to humiliate me in front of other customers and point blank refused to give me refund. I pointed out that I had bought three pairs of trousers and a shirt and was a regular customer but to no avail. I literally had to argue it out with her and stood my ground and she then gave me my refund. She was nasty and never again will I buy Hugo Boss. She is not a good store manager and neither is she doing Hugo Boss any favours working there. They have lost another customer. I was appalled by the store manager's behaviour (date of visit 30/04/2023). How do these people keep their jobs???!!!!
