Really phucked up online customer service Do not use hugo boss online for anything! Worst customer service anywhere. They lie constantly and you never get a straight answer. I've made this mistake twice...even when you pay for expedited delivery, it doesn't reach you as promised. Don't waste your tone or money with these grifters‼️

The salesman confirmed to me alterations required to the suit I purchased were free, I reconfirmed this once again with the Sales person but after I had paid, I discovered that they had charged me a total of £75 as alteration charge, I wrote to customer services, it was established the agent had given me incorrect information, rather than apologise and refund me the alteration money and say sorry that the agent was unaware of company policy which states that customer has to pay for every stitch of alterations. I was then told as the product had been altered to fit my waist it could now not be refunded, all tricks to cheat and trap you, this guys would shame dell boy, Straightforward cheating. The quality of products has also gone down and prices doubled. Don’t buy BOSS

Been buying many boss items over the… Been buying many boss items over the years for my son & haven’t had any trouble, but bought a pair of headlow boss shorts from jd and my son has literally worn them 8 hours & they’ve gone bobbly even though it’s cotton, I haven’t even washed them . Not happy at all I probably won’t be purchasing boss items again as the material is not what it use to be . I’ve put in a complaint to jd so waiting on the pathetic reply

Cheap Material on their sport range Cheap Material on their sport range. Tracksuit and tops get bobbles within a few days of use. Especially the pocket linings. Horrible quality. Good design. RRP around £100 for the bottoms not worth £40. The quality is far worse than I thought and these were purchased from their direct store. Their jumpers hold up well but if you compare their materials to Nike, Nike should be selling their clothes for hundreds..
