GBHugo Boss - sorry just used the word boss in the title Hugo Boss, the same Hugo Boss that think the own the legal rights to the word "Boss" and supported he Nazis in the second world war, even supplying their uniforms. I bought a wallet so you can't get this review removed by TP as I have had a genuine buying experience in coherence with their user guidelines. I have also sent your review link to a few hundred ppl to share their thoughts on you ripping off small business that have nothing to do with infringing your trademark by simply using the word boss. What a scummy company you are!

GBI bought a brown leather belt with a… I bought a brown leather belt with a chrome-plated buckle. The Italian-leather belt itself is very good. The buckle, however, is awful. After a year or so, the chrome was wearing off. Before long, enough of the copper under-plating was exposed to leave a dark mark on the leather. Because I reported outside the six-month guarantee period, Boss did not want to know, Shabby. I could have bought a better belt down the market for £15.00

GBCanary Wharf London branch Canary Wharf London branch. Visited today to return a shirt I bought yesterday and store manager was nasty and said could not give refund as it had a 10% discount applied to it which meant it no longer qualified for a refund. There is no mention of that on the receipt but she tried to humiliate me in front of other customers and point blank refused to give me refund. I pointed out that I had bought three pairs of trousers and a shirt and was a regular customer but to no avail. I literally had to argue it out with her and stood my ground and she then gave me my refund. She was nasty and never again will I buy Hugo Boss. She is not a good store manager and neither is she doing Hugo Boss any favours working there. They have lost another customer. I was appalled by the store manager's behaviour (date of visit 30/04/2023). How do these people keep their jobs???!!!!

GBI went into your store on Ingram Street… I went into your store on Ingram Street in the centre of Glasgow. I was threatened by a member of staff who behaved in a disgusting manner. He glared at me, trying to intimidate me and generally behaving in a threatening nasty manner. When I took my purchase to the till he raged and fumed as he put my purchase in the bag then thrust the bag at me in a threatening and angry manner. I tried to show him I was not intimidated by him or his terrible behaviour. I have been in the shop since then and he follows me around the store trying to get other members of staff to behave in an angry and threatening manner. I find it unbelievable that such an individual works in your store. Awful customer service bordering on bullying the customer. The worst service I have ever experienced. i will not be buying anymore Hugo Boss merchandise. Disgusting customer service.
