They do not deserve one star.They… They do not deserve one star.They delivered to the wrong address a half a mile from where I live.the neighbour returned the parcel when the courier returned. Then i recived an email to say i had received my order along with a photo of my neighbours porch at her address. Trying to get them to understand it is there fault and bad customer service is beyond belief. They have my money and i have a photo of my neighbors porch.

Absolutely horrible!!! Absolutely horrible!!! I ordered a dress through this site. It arrived quickly but was of a very poor quality. The dress was oversized, but the zipper did not even work to zip it up. I completed the return form, requested the return online, and shipped it back through the logistics carrier at the shop bonprix suggested. However, 14 days later I was still not refunded. I have now had three conversations with customer service and have still not been refunded, although they keep assuring me that I will be refunded 'tomorrow', every single time! I would never suggest ordering anything through this website.

AVOID!!!!! I ordered a pair of women's size 4 black boots and was sent pair of men's size 11 brown boots! The box had 2 different labels, one correct and one wrong! Customer services at Bon Prix are SO USELESS it is UNBELIEVABLE! All they have said is 'they will look into this' That does NOT help me! This is the 4th mistake by them this week! They don't even deserve 1 star!!!!!!

They don’t tell you how much is left to pay after you returned items. They just go the extra mile not to care about the costumer. Too bad because they have different clothes than other providers and quality wise are ok but they make your shopping experience a real pain. Welcome to 2021 people, want my money? Do a better job!!

Total Scam - BEWARE! Do not order from this site. I ordered a 32" TV and 4 weeks later I received an orange colored cloth. The phone number on their site is answered by Comcast Cable and their posted address is a residential home in Alabama. Fortunately for me I paid with PayPal and I got a full refund.
