GBDelivery problems I like some of their cloths as they have a lot of stuff made of cotton,but their delivery service is disgusting. I placed my first order, received part of it, the rest went awol. It's one month now since I ordered it . When I track the order - it's always next day delivery. When I complained about it - they started 'investigation' which is still not finished. It sounds like they are investigating murder. Ridiculous. Luckily I decided not to pay until I receive it. I am cancelling the order and closing my account.

GBA lovely selection of clothes A lovely selection of clothes. I can always find something i love. If i had one issue it would be that the clothes are usually quite a small fitting, especially the jeans so i usually have to order the next size up but it's not a big issue. Good value for money.

NLSo far from bad! I'm seriously confused about all the bad reviews here. I've been shopping here for years and sometimes maybe an item doesnt fit, but this happens in every store. Everytime i send something back, I get the money back on my account within a month. Coulnd't possibly give this place a bad review...

ROWorst costumer experience, refund a Worst costumer experience, delivery and refund. The package came after 2 weeks of waiting and I'm still waiting for my refund after 15 days. Costumer experience people are robots, copy pasting messages, not really giving a crap about your issues. Avoid, not worth the teouble bc produscts are not that great either

SEBonprix customer service is a joke !!!! Bonprix customer service is a joke !!!! I ordered goods over the phone and I want to pay by card and I got approval, but then it comes via invoice.
