GBAVOID!!!!! I ordered a pair of women's size 4 black boots and was sent pair of men's size 11 brown boots! The box had 2 different labels, one correct and one wrong! Customer services at Bon Prix are SO USELESS it is UNBELIEVABLE! All they have said is 'they will look into this' That does NOT help me! This is the 4th mistake by them this week! They don't even deserve 1 star!!!!!!

GBRefused me £60 credit - order IOC-42018078 Refused me £60 credit. I applied for all my credit reports and, as expected, I haven't missed a payment, been overdrawn or had any financial issue in 30 years. Own my own home (several) outright, money in the bank (wanted to get 20% off) and showing 98% perfect credit (52% is the UK average). They won't explain why they don't want me. "Don't know" is the reply. Helpful. Thanks. I won't use them again as I'm offended.

GBDelivery problems I like some of their cloths as they have a lot of stuff made of cotton,but their delivery service is disgusting. I placed my first order, received part of it, the rest went awol. It's one month now since I ordered it . When I track the order - it's always next day delivery. When I complained about it - they started 'investigation' which is still not finished. It sounds like they are investigating murder. Ridiculous. Luckily I decided not to pay until I receive it. I am cancelling the order and closing my account.

GBVery good company I am extremely pleased with this company, my orders arrive very fast. The styles are stunning. My telephone query was quickly and efficiently answered and my refund given. Absolutely no negatives.

ROWorst costumer experience, refund a Worst costumer experience, delivery and refund. The package came after 2 weeks of waiting and I'm still waiting for my refund after 15 days. Costumer experience people are robots, copy pasting messages, not really giving a crap about your issues. Avoid, not worth the teouble bc produscts are not that great either
