GBRefused me £60 credit - order IOC-42018078 Refused me £60 credit. I applied for all my credit reports and, as expected, I haven't missed a payment, been overdrawn or had any financial issue in 30 years. Own my own home (several) outright, money in the bank (wanted to get 20% off) and showing 98% perfect credit (52% is the UK average). They won't explain why they don't want me. "Don't know" is the reply. Helpful. Thanks. I won't use them again as I'm offended.

CHGood clothes but terrible customer experience Good clothes but terrible customer experience. Charge for shipping, charge to return. They don’t tell you how much is left to pay after you returned items. They just go the extra mile not to care about the costumer. Too bad because they have different clothes than other providers and quality wise are ok but they make your shopping experience a real pain. Welcome to 2021 people, want my money? Do a better job!!

SEBonprix customer service is a joke !!!! Bonprix customer service is a joke !!!! I ordered goods over the phone and I want to pay by card and I got approval, but then it comes via invoice. NLNot Good Anymore ! I frequently order from Bonprix. 2 years ago the quality was super. But now its like wish or shein. I am very disappointed recently. Also their delivery cost is too high.

ROWorst costumer experience, refund a Worst costumer experience, delivery and refund. The package came after 2 weeks of waiting and I'm still waiting for my refund after 15 days. Costumer experience people are robots, copy pasting messages, not really giving a crap about your issues. Avoid, not worth the teouble bc produscts are not that great either
