SEBe careful, SCAM company Be careful! SCAM company. I never received my products (they told me it was lost in the post). After many phone calls and emails with different people as nobody takes ownership I have still not received my refund. Making up excuses “your email doesn’t work”, we can’t refund your credit card”, the list is long. I have reported them and will go to court unless I receive my refund.

HUCopy-paste responses and zero customer care Horrible customer support. It's like talking to robots, they do not bother to read what you write (or don't have the intellectual capacity to understand it). Their return process is horrendous and god forbid they accidentally send you the wrong item, because (unlike good companies that will then take it on themselves to make it right) they make you send the item back before you can even dream of getting a refund (let alone the correct item which, spoiler alert, they don't send you automatically). Please avoid them at all costs!

ESAbsolutely horrible!!! Absolutely horrible!!! I ordered a dress through this site. It arrived quickly but was of a very poor quality. The dress was oversized, but the zipper did not even work to zip it up. I completed the return form, requested the return online, and shipped it back through the logistics carrier at the shop bonprix suggested. However, 14 days later I was still not refunded. I have now had three conversations with customer service and have still not been refunded, although they keep assuring me that I will be refunded 'tomorrow', every single time! I would never suggest ordering anything through this website.

GBTotal Scam - BEWARE! Do not order from this site. I ordered a 32" TV and 4 weeks later I received an orange colored cloth. The phone number on their site is answered by Comcast Cable and their posted address is a residential home in Alabama. Fortunately for me I paid with PayPal and I got a full refund.

SEMade a payment to Bonprix and… Made a payment to Bonprix and accidently filled in wrong OCR/reference number. So they couldnt register my payment. Contacted them and was furious, but then noticed the number wasnt correct. So contacted them once again and told them about the issue. And they did a perfect job to correct the wrong reference number and gave the best support during the time: awesome communication, and they really wanted to help me out. Have earlier sent back clothes and there have never been any bad experience. Dont have any complaints! They are awesome!
