GBYou mail the passes too close to departure. We paid for our passes in early March so that seemed sufficient time before our 3/28 departure for the passes to arrive by snail mail. Our one question to you was handled efficiently. We received an email to expect the passes by 3/26 and tracking number. This indicated passes enroute in France on 3/26. I work all day in a federal government facility. We cannot receive personal FedEx. The FedEx came to my house the morning of 3/27, but needed signature. I had to be in contact with FedEx twice to ensure which facility I could collect the letter at. I had to dash between appointments after work to a facility 4 towns over from my house to pick up the letter. It made last minute hectic preparations for a trip unnecessarily stressful. Even a few days earlier would have helped.

GBRating a business that fails to deliver… Rating a business that fails to deliver a product or service is hard for me. But when The City Case, Inc. promised to refund my money ($463.50) in April 2018 and in September 2018, November 2018, and finally by the CEO Pierre in December 2018 (assuring me that the day after I received his email I would get my money) I think I've felt the need to write this review. Especially since I checked with PalPal (their payment processor) and they could see the original payment but no refund. Now The City Case won't return my emails. I like the product. The City Case adds value to it. The service has become less enjoyable. I use to recommend them to my family and friends. How can I now? You can make your own decision, but I have made mine for my future trips. Ernie

GBToo many excuses I ordered Paris museum passes in mid-August for a trip in late September. After numerous email requests by me and numerous excuses by The City Case, I finally received the passes a day before my departure. The City Case said they would refund part of the purchase price for the inconvenience I experienced, but that never happened.

GBWorst Online Experience I bought Paris Museum Passes and two other items totaling $310 from the City Case on September 13th for a trip to Paris on November 8th. Two days before my trip, the company sent me an email letting me know that the items I had purchased would not be delivered on time. I requested a cancellation of the order and the company agreed to refund my money. This happened on November 6th, and my money has not been refunded to this day. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an online company. I wouldn't recommend this site to anybody. After waiting for three weeks for my money to get reimbursed to no avail, I had to open a claim through the credit card company used to purchase passes from The City Case. Credit card company is conducting an investigation to attempt to recover my money. This company is a scam.

GBYour Paris museum pass and metro pass made our much too short stay a great experience By using the Paris museum pass, we did not have to wait in lines at any of the must see museums. This was especially helpful at the louvre where the line was a half mile long and it was raining cats and dogs. It also ensured that we visited some museums that we might have skipped. The Metro pass was a godsend for getting around the heart of Paris. We received our documents within days of our order. We recommended these documents to Rick Steve's tourist followers.
