GBDo not use this company Do not use this company. We paid $652.00 for services from them and received nothing except excuses and promises of a refund. We still have not received a refund and are in the process of initiating legal action. Stay away! This company promised us a refund numerous times and only when compelled by PayPal and my CC company did we receive the refund. It took over 6 months to get our money back. Do not make the same mistake we did. Stay away!

GBPlease DO NOT buy your Paris museum… Please DO NOT buy your Paris museum passes from this company. You will save yourself a lot of stress. They asked for money up front and dialed to deliver, leaving us with no passes once in Paris. They emailed us and said they would refund our money and now all of the sudden their support email isn’t working? So they basically stole our money. SHAME ON YOU! Karma is a b**ch. I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs and I highly suggest that everyone follow suit. And FYI, since my trip has already ended, if you really need museum passes, your best bet is to buy them in Paris with the actual Paris Tourist/Visitor company, it’s regulated,it’s official and CHEAPER. Hotel Ville was one of them in Paris city Center.

GBWorst Online Experience I bought Paris Museum Passes and two other items totaling $310 from the City Case on September 13th for a trip to Paris on November 8th. Two days before my trip, the company sent me an email letting me know that the items I had purchased would not be delivered on time. I requested a cancellation of the order and the company agreed to refund my money. This happened on November 6th, and my money has not been refunded to this day. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an online company. I wouldn't recommend this site to anybody. After waiting for three weeks for my money to get reimbursed to no avail, I had to open a claim through the credit card company used to purchase passes from The City Case. Credit card company is conducting an investigation to attempt to recover my money. This company is a scam.

GBThe City Case Review Buying tickets from City Case was very convenient, much better than buying them in France. We underestimated the jet lag and had a extra day or two's worth of tickets when we left. The agent's recommendation that we could haul luggage down & up subway stairs after we got off the airport bus and needed to get to our hotel near Victor Hugo's place resulted in much pain and an expensive visit to a chiropractor. Perhaps if I were 30 years younger it would have been OK. A taxi would have cost more, but would have been well worth the extra money.

GBToo many excuses I ordered Paris museum passes in mid-August for a trip in late September. After numerous email requests by me and numerous excuses by The City Case, I finally received the passes a day before my departure. The City Case said they would refund part of the purchase price for the inconvenience I experienced, but that never happened.
