We ordered 2 Paris passes about one … We like to follow our early comment. Since DHL failed to deliver the passes in time, the city case dispatched the passes to our Paris hotel so the incident does not affect our vacation. Even further, the company offered a full refund to achieve the highest service qualify and maximum customer satisfaction. We are happy with the service and will use the in the future vacations. They earned our trust.

DO NOT BUY THIS TICKETS The worse EVER!! I had to give a star cause it was the only way to write a review, I bought the package a month and a half prior to my trip, never got it, they wait until the last minute to supposedly it mail you, the ??? package and then they email you saying that it won't get on time so you can get it deliver at your hotel; Never happened, the just cancelled our order the day we arrived., instead they give us 2 complimentary cruise tour and we were 3, wouldn't recommend this site to anybody

Please DO NOT buy your Paris museum… Please DO NOT buy your Paris museum passes from this company. You will save yourself a lot of stress. They asked for money up front and dialed to deliver, leaving us with no passes once in Paris. They emailed us and said they would refund our money and now all of the sudden their support email isn’t working? So they basically stole our money. SHAME ON YOU! Karma is a b**ch. I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs and I highly suggest that everyone follow suit. And FYI, since my trip has already ended, if you really need museum passes, your best bet is to buy them in Paris with the actual Paris Tourist/Visitor company, it’s regulated,it’s official and CHEAPER. Hotel Ville was one of them in Paris city Center.

Worst Online Experience I bought Paris Museum Passes and two other items totaling $310 from the City Case on September 13th for a trip to Paris on November 8th. Two days before my trip, the company sent me an email letting me know that the items I had purchased would not be delivered on time. I requested a cancellation of the order and the company agreed to refund my money. This happened on November 6th, and my money has not been refunded to this day. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an online company. I wouldn't recommend this site to anybody. After waiting for three weeks for my money to get reimbursed to no avail, I had to open a claim through the credit card company used to purchase passes from The City Case. Credit card company is conducting an investigation to attempt to recover my money. This company is a scam.

I ordered Paris Pass I ordered Paris Pass. It is approaching departure date and they are impossible to contact. No phone number...live chat NEVER works. Very aggravating. I don't want to waste time inn Paris with this.. Finally contacted by Matt via email. Promised one pass by 9/29 and the other by 9/30. Neither has arrived as of 3:15pm on 9/30. Contacted by Matt again. Promised delivery on Monday October 2. Fedex came while I was away. Required signature (not my idea) so I have to drive 40 minutes to pick it up. I hope. Amazon delivery has NOT arrived as of 15:15. Ordered more than a month ago. You don't deserve the 2 stars I gave. Seriously bad service. Now, you dont respond at all. Ive paid and I get no service.
