Expected more. I placed my order, and my card was charged. I didn't receive any communication. After two days, I wrote the company, and received an email stating that they did have my order, but it hadn't shipped yet due to an upgrade of the shipping software. I was told that for the delay, I would receive a free bottle of green gas (in addition to the two cans I had ordered). After that, more silence. No shipping notification, no tracking numbers, just silence. When my package eventually arrived, it contained what I had ordered, but the free gas promised? Nowhere to be found. I will be finding another vendor for my purchases.

Difficult to communicate with. Order placed Jan 3 paying for expedited shipping. Credit card charged that day. Order listed as "processing" for over 7 days. Repeated attempts to reach customers service met dead line. Calls answered by message then transferred to line with no answer. Only received action after I contacted Amazon requesting status of order.

AirSplat changed my order I ordered an NcStar Precision Bipod from AirSplat. I paid for an NcStar Bipod from AirSplat and AirSplat sent me confirmation they had shipped an NcStar Bipod. I received (very late shipping) a cheapo UTG bipod that will not fit my AR15. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks. I just purchased the CORRECT bipod from OpticsPlanet. I should have checked the internet, there are hundreds of bad reviews for AirSplat. I will never buy from this bad company again.

Service with outside customer. Recently I ordered few items as parts or second hand. There was a delay I called to see if the order was being processed. They answered my questions, provided best assistance to resolving my needs, and finally did the impossible by refunding few dollars and sending off my much needed items quickly. Very satisfied customer!

Very uneducated and unorganized. I cannot write a review without selecting one star. But actually it should be zero or negative Stars. Airsplat is only good when the order is perfect and no defect. they have terrible customer service. I have several bad experience with them. One of them is when I ordered a rifle before and everything went smooth because the computer is doing the job. You place an order online, the shipping Department receives it, they put the Box in shipping, and then you receive it and if there's no problems it looks perfect. But I had another experience when I had to deal with customer service and it was a nightmare. I returned an item and I got a around before I got my refund. Somebody named Moses promised me that I will get my refund in 5 to 7 days. After 7 days no refund and when I called back they told me that no refund was processed. I was put on hold for a long time several times and I can't even get to talk to the manager. After 30 days of trying to get a hold of the manager I finally talked to somebody named Sebastian who claimed he was a manager. Then he tells me that there is no refund on the item that I bought. Then I told him that I know their return policy and he better stop playing games with me. He put me on hold for a long time and finally change his story. He said he will process the refund in 5 to 7 days. This company is no different than a mail-order backyard garage. They don't even know their policies. If it takes more than 30 days and several phone calls and headaches for me to get my refund I will never ever do business with them again.
