GBExcellent customer service. I had ordered a steyr aug A2, and after it had arrived I took it out of the box and shot it a few times, it performed better than I had anticipated. Up until it just stopped working. I had thought all was lost until airsplat contacted ME about getting it repaired. The representative was understanding and helpful. She restored my faith in airsplat. I wish I could have remembered her name so I could mention her remarkable customer support skills.

GBAmazing deal! Really good deal, 80% off, got me to buy my first gun, a Dytac Combat Machine M4A1. I've heard mixed messaging about the time of delivery. I payed extra for two day delivery, but haven't received notification of shipment. They did send me a bill. I imagine they are back logged, which is understandable. No issue so long as I get my gun in a couple weeks!

GBDifficult to communicate with. Order placed Jan 3 paying for expedited shipping. Credit card charged that day. Order listed as "processing" for over 7 days. Repeated attempts to reach customers service met dead line. Calls answered by message then transferred to line with no answer. Only received action after I contacted Amazon requesting status of order.

GBPoor customer service Called and asked for more information on the product (systema challenge kit) on if it was new or used, what all was included, what year the model was, if it was parted out or returned, etc etc. All I got back from the unenthusiastic phone assistant was "Externals only" which I could clearly read for myself as that was on the website. New ownership same low expectations!
Disgruntled as hell
GBHalf my items arrived Half my items arrived, as the rest were out of stock despite not being listed otherwise on the website. Made no initiative to offer refund or explanation until I emailed them first. Also had initially promised to provide tracking number info after order shipped, didn't provide until I emailed them. Also, around the time of the spring 80% off sale, I had my credit card information compromised. Others at an online forum seem to echo my experience. I do not foolishly provide CC info online. Now I'm pursuing them for the refund they offered last week but haven't followed through the next business day. We'll have to see if they plan on keeping the full amount of their shipping (high) prices or if I'll have to go to my CC company to get that refunded. Update: Partial refund acquired after some wrangling. I've given up on the RMA for DoA item after receiving a rather rude response to my suggestions towards improvement. I'll just fix it myself.
