GBShelby provided great customer service! Shelby did a great job helping me out with my order!! I purchased my item on September 6th for a September 30th birthday but I didn't notice until mid September it wouldn't be shipped until October 15th. I contacted the website to pay for updated shipping & Shelby was incredibly helpful getting my order to me in time. Today is the birthday & I am so excited to give this gift! I know they are going to love it. Thanks again to Shelby & the framing department for going above & beyond!

GBDo NOT purchase from Hollywood… Do NOT purchase from Hollywood Memorabilia!! I purchased an item that the description was incorrect. Was told I would receive a refund when they received the item back. NEVER got my refund and they have the item back up for sale (with the correct description now)

GBCompany has a lot of issues My item's official Hollywood Memorabilia hologram comes up invalid on their website. I contacted them and was told it was a system issue and to email pictures. Every email, with or without pictures, was rejected by their email system. I contacted them again and was told the email problem is an issue they're working on (but not one they bothered to mention when they said to send them an email). That company certainly has a lot of issues.

GBTyler the super hero!! First off, I would like to state that my order started off a complete and utter dropping of the ball several times mess. Seriously, I had gone from irritated, total anger then sullen acceptance. In comes Tyler! He never over promised to get me off his back, accepted every call and email in stride even when I was super angry and got me answers. Even if it wasn’t immediately, they were had in short order. I was truly ready to hang my hat up throw it in and would of if not for him. I wish I could give 20 stars how he went above and beyond. You truly have an impressive employee! Very professional and hands on. Tyler definitely deserves a raise and promotion! Or at least teaching his leadership and customer service skills to others on your team!! Great job Tyler for saving me and making a super bad situation 100% better!!
