CAI was worried about ordering something… I was worried about ordering something internationally so soon before Christmas but Doreen made the experience so easy. She was super attentive and put in a word in to the warehouse to ship out a day early. I really appreciate how helpful she was and she kept me updated with shipping and delivery time. If I ever have an issue when ordering from here again I hope I get Doreen again!!

GBTerrible customer service-stole money from me I am shocked I am the first person to leave a negative review. Nonetheless, here we are. Basically my issue is that I paid $25 for next day shipping. The company sent my purchase as 2nd day. When I called to inform them of this, customer service simply argued with me, that they did everything correct and refused to refund me the difference which I paid. Aside from the refusal to refund me the difference, the item which I had purchased and paid for next day shipping arrived a day late (because it was shipped as second day instead of next day) and I had nothing to give as a gift. I am flabbergasted this company would literally steal money from me, then when confronted, just tell me tough. (The excuse provided was that because they processed the order quickly they did not have to ship it next day) I will NEVER purchase from them again, and will advise everyone I know against giving them business. Honestly, just thinking about this makes my blood boil. Dishonest theives.

GBGot a Dead Man's Autograph somehow ! Sent an autographed picture of a band, saying it was from 1995, when one of the members who autographed the picture passed away in 1990. Still haven't heard back from my email requesting a response, nor can I find a phone number on the site. Also the holographic code sticker thing they put on doesn't work with the COA company. Very shady, stay away from this company

GBTyler the super hero!! First off, I would like to state that my order started off a complete and utter dropping of the ball several times mess. Seriously, I had gone from irritated, total anger then sullen acceptance. In comes Tyler! He never over promised to get me off his back, accepted every call and email in stride even when I was super angry and got me answers. Even if it wasn’t immediately, they were had in short order. I was truly ready to hang my hat up throw it in and would of if not for him. I wish I could give 20 stars how he went above and beyond. You truly have an impressive employee! Very professional and hands on. Tyler definitely deserves a raise and promotion! Or at least teaching his leadership and customer service skills to others on your team!! Great job Tyler for saving me and making a super bad situation 100% better!!

GBFEDEX had trouble the way the package… FEDEX had trouble the way the package was prepared. Tyler or Taylor corrected this very quickl. Package was delivered the next day after the problem was found. My experience with this company continues to be very good!
