Purchased an item from Hollywood… Purchased an item from Hollywood memorabilia, loved the item but really didnt love the £50 tax and duties invoice i received after a month with no warning. Extra costs of delivery, shipping and then tax and duties, the items weren't as good a deal as originally thought

Company has a lot of issues My item's official Hollywood Memorabilia hologram comes up invalid on their website. I contacted them and was told it was a system issue and to email pictures. Every email, with or without pictures, was rejected by their email system. I contacted them again and was told the email problem is an issue they're working on (but not one they bothered to mention when they said to send them an email). That company certainly has a lot of issues.

I ordered some signed Motley Crue… I ordered some signed Motley Crue memorabilia for a good friends birthday. Tyler helped me get everything shipped in time, going above, and beyond taking the time to send emails, and make calls. I’m so Grateful and appreciate his efforts to make it happen. Tyler the super hero!! First off, I would like to state that my order started off a complete and utter dropping of the ball several times mess. Seriously, I had gone from irritated, total anger then sullen acceptance. In comes Tyler! He never over promised to get me off his back, accepted every call and email in stride even when I was super angry and got me answers. Even if it wasn’t immediately, they were had in short order. I was truly ready to hang my hat up throw it in and would of if not for him. I wish I could give 20 stars how he went above and beyond. You truly have an impressive employee! Very professional and hands on. Tyler definitely deserves a raise and promotion! Or at least teaching his leadership and customer service skills to others on your team!! Great job Tyler for saving me and making a super bad situation 100% better!!

I love it! I truly recommend purchasing from this company, Donna from customer service was extremely great and responded to every one of my emails. The item even arrived a day earlier than expected and it’s just as what I ordered with all the certificates of authentication with it, packed well and not a single scratch. Thank you so much!
