GBI've bought two items on this site so… I've bought two items on this site so far, and both experiences were great. Simple, fast, and well-run. And when I faced a delay, Cristin's help was invaluable: it had taken longer than 5 business days to process the order but within a few hours of me sending a follow-up email, I got a tracking number and a message from Cristin saying the item had shipped. And it arrived in perfect condition exactly when she said it would.

GBTerrible customer service-stole money from me I am shocked I am the first person to leave a negative review. Nonetheless, here we are. Basically my issue is that I paid $25 for next day shipping. The company sent my purchase as 2nd day. When I called to inform them of this, customer service simply argued with me, that they did everything correct and refused to refund me the difference which I paid. Aside from the refusal to refund me the difference, the item which I had purchased and paid for next day shipping arrived a day late (because it was shipped as second day instead of next day) and I had nothing to give as a gift. I am flabbergasted this company would literally steal money from me, then when confronted, just tell me tough. (The excuse provided was that because they processed the order quickly they did not have to ship it next day) I will NEVER purchase from them again, and will advise everyone I know against giving them business. Honestly, just thinking about this makes my blood boil. Dishonest theives.
