FAMILY RV and Chris are AMAZING!!! Chris did a fabulous job in the sales department making us feel comfortable with the purchase of our new trailer,and showing us all around it. Transport Driver While I have never visited Family RV, they will be a company I keep in mind for future purchased. As I was heading south to Talladega, I ran across their transport driver. The day was windy and challenging. He told me about Family RV and seemed truly proud to be a part of the business. Before leaving he prayed for safety over my trip. As I now am driving south, he and his words continue to somehow give me comfort with this trip. It is refreshing in this day and age to find someone is proud of their workplace and proud to be a Christian. Keep up the good work and good hiring practices Family RV.

Find another dealership. Trust me! Dealership displays poor management and a take your money and run mentality. Horrible customer service. No Follow up after the purchase. The associate that delivered the RV arrived 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. I needed a 20ft hose which I had to purchase at the local rv service center in town which cost me 60 dollars plus he locked the RV Key in the RV and had to enter the RV by crawling through the storage compartment in the bunk house. Fridge didn’t work..trying to get that fixed has been a nightmare even with a warranty. Dealership needs to stand behind the product better. Absolutely awful experience. Will never go back

WELL WORTH THE DRIVE Pros- Selection. Chris' advise was invaluable. 95% of the deal was completed over the phone. Price. Hitch Installation one location. Cons - Selection. There is so many choices it is difficult to pick one. Our SalesRep Chris gave the best advise. "Check out as much as you want, compare, then compare again. Use the RV before spending money on additions and extras. THEN buy what you want. I was thankful for his honesty. No big push for add ons or extras.
