I inquired about a 39FKL Palomino… I inquired about a 39FKL Palomino Destination Trailer that was listed on their web page. They told me that they would get back with me first thing in the am. I heard nothing, so I called this am. The man I spoke with told me that they would beat another dealer's Price, Fun Town. He said that they would have to get someone to call us back. Well, we waited, NO CALL. Finally I messaged again, and the internet person said that they would have someone call us back. Well he finally got around to calling us back. He did NOT match the Fun Town Price instead put them down. Was not interested in selling us an RV for sure. Very disappointed.

Best of the best. Family RV is top notch. We've purchased two trailers from Family RV and couldn't be happier with both experiences. Chris has guided us through the sales processes and has always been knowledgeable and helpful. He's gotten us into the right trailer at the best price. You can't go wrong calling Chris and letting him take care of your RV needs. Gabe, Grant, and Gil have always gone above and beyond in making you feel like you really are part of the family. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Find another dealership. Trust me! Dealership displays poor management and a take your money and run mentality. Horrible customer service. No Follow up after the purchase. The associate that delivered the RV arrived 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. I needed a 20ft hose which I had to purchase at the local rv service center in town which cost me 60 dollars plus he locked the RV Key in the RV and had to enter the RV by crawling through the storage compartment in the bunk house. Fridge didn’t work..trying to get that fixed has been a nightmare even with a warranty. Dealership needs to stand behind the product better. Absolutely awful experience. Will never go back

Excellent Experience My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Family RV. We have been shopping around for a travel trailer for about a year and never could get what we needed in our price range. After working with Rylon Glass he was able to do just that plus awesome customer service. He answered our many questions without making us feel like a bother or unintelligent.
