GBI had contacted the warranty company… I had contacted the warranty company regarding utilitech transfer pump purchase in June last year it wasn't working after being in storage for the winter. I email the company and got replacement code for Lowes and all went well. Staff was professional and prompt with emails is solve the issue.

GBThis place is a joke This place is a joke. Was told to return new tv, that lasted not even two months, just to be told by Walmart that this place is a hoax and not to pay them anything. My issue was not resolved through this, still without a tv since Dec 24, 2023. Brand new tv ONN brand was bought Oct 28, 2023. Ongoing problem since Dec and it’s now Feb. Garbage brand and garbage service!

I'd highly recommend WV if you don't want to deal with the hassle of filing / uploading etc. for claims, they make it a walk in the park. A+++ service

GBThis company is great This company is great. If you don’t want to waist your time calling customer service to claim the warranty just let WARRANTY VALET do it for you. They will try and try to work with customer service until you get warranty parts. Thank you so much Melissa, you are truly a professional.
