They helped me warranty two pairs of… They helped me warranty two pairs of kids sneakers. Not sure why I need a yearly membership to evoke a consumer warranty. Not sure why puma won't just handle the warranty, but they made the process very easy for under $20 bucks a year. I guess it is kind of like asurion
