INAwestruck customer support! Hello, I recently gave this website a try. I must say, this is nothing short of impressive! I just wanted to claim a warranty for a product purchased on NETGEAR - Adapter. To be honest, Warranty Valet just saved my time and made the tedious process pretty easy. Awestruck customer support! They kept me updated on each and every progress like the date of pickups. I was completely surprised by its user-friendly and easy-breezy interface. Even for a non-techy person like me, it gives a seamless experience.. I would definitely suggest it for anyone who looks for a warranty claim with just one tap.

GBRoller Coaster with positive finish My experience was up and down, finishing on an up note. Just having to make a warranty claim is unpleasant in the first place, and then when I realized that I couldn't make a warranty claim directly to Best Buy on this Insignia product, which is a Best Buy brand, that was a downer too. Then, while Warranty Valet agreed to submit it for me, they said they would submit it faster if I paid them a monthly fee, the size of which is based on the number of items I wanted covered. When I declined to do so, they said that then my warranty claim would be at the end of the line. I told them that if it takes too long, I will take that into account in ever buying an Insignia product again. In the end, though, only a few days passed until I heard from Best Buy that I should bring in the Insignia product (a malfunctioning shredder). And Best Buy agreed to replace the shredder. So in the end I'm satisfied with Warranty Valet. I would advise anyone, however to decline to pay for their service. It does not appear to be necessary.
