GBI had contacted the warranty company… I had contacted the warranty company regarding utilitech transfer pump purchase in June last year it wasn't working after being in storage for the winter. I email the company and got replacement code for Lowes and all went well. Staff was professional and prompt with emails is solve the issue.

GBWalk in the Park I had a great experience with Melissa, as she helped me through my warranty claim all the way to the point of my part(s) delivering to my doorstep. I'd highly recommend WV if you don't want to deal with the hassle of filing / uploading etc. for claims, they make it a walk in the park. A+++ service

GBRoller Coaster with positive finish My experience was up and down, finishing on an up note. Just having to make a warranty claim is unpleasant in the first place, and then when I realized that I couldn't make a warranty claim directly to Best Buy on this Insignia product, which is a Best Buy brand, that was a downer too. Then, while Warranty Valet agreed to submit it for me, they said they would submit it faster if I paid them a monthly fee, the size of which is based on the number of items I wanted covered. When I declined to do so, they said that then my warranty claim would be at the end of the line. I told them that if it takes too long, I will take that into account in ever buying an Insignia product again. In the end, though, only a few days passed until I heard from Best Buy that I should bring in the Insignia product (a malfunctioning shredder). And Best Buy agreed to replace the shredder. So in the end I'm satisfied with Warranty Valet. I would advise anyone, however to decline to pay for their service. It does not appear to be necessary.
