Good Deal on Snow Shoe Bags After some difficulty getting the "My Troop" authorization recognized by the Mountains Plus web site -- mostly my fault as a new user -- I was finally able to complete this transaction. The customer service when I called was excellent, and he tried to help as much as possible. Finally, I figured out I had to actually sign up as a member, not just as a guest user!! I have been looking for a reasonable price deal on Crescent Moon snowshoe bags. Mountains Plus had a sale on these bags, and once I had the membership process completed, I purchased the two bags. The actual transaction was smooth and efficient. The bags were great, not seconds or rejects!! Overall, I would recommend this site. They do a great job and will only get better as this site grows. Since using that first coupon, I've returned to buy from these folks more than once - sometimes it's the only site where a given item is listed for sale... anywhere (online). Helpful customer service. Suboptimal packaging. I was new to your website as I found a good sale that introduced me to it. The sale expired by one day as I was waiting daily on a 10% off new user coupon (which wouldn't have worked anyway since it was a sale item - i missed that part). I called and received a portion of the sale price which was not sufficient for me but appreciated. 1 week later the sale returned (odd, but OK). I purchased the Arcteryx Altra 85 pack. Of note the pack came shipped folded up with the (removable) waist belt also folded rather than removed and packed around. Not the worst thing but probably not ideal. All in all a good experience despite my learning curve to your website tendencies and the slight packaging issue.
