Amazing gear at the right price I bought the Osprey Aether for my husband's birthday next month. If he doesn't like it, then I'll be happy to claim it as my own! Great price. Exactly as advertised. Honestly, I expected to be surprised when my shipment arrived. I thought the item would be different than I saw on the site, or that it would take forever to receive, or that I would go through hell contacting the seller. Wrong, wrong, wrong. I was surprised, but only because the item was in fact brand new, as advertised, shipped immediately, and they answered my e-mail within hours. Go for it, these guys are the real deal.

EXACTLY As I Expected Hopped on-line, late one Sunday night -- needed a full rack for my car to carry home my new kayak. Knew what I needed from the Thule web site. Went to Mountains Plus; found exactly what I needed. Additionally, found that it was 20% off (saved $120)! Ordered. And because I was given discounted shipping, I upgraded to expedited shipping. Received everything I ordered that week. Positively wonderful experience.

Helpful customer service. Suboptimal packaging. I was new to your website as I found a good sale that introduced me to it. The sale expired by one day as I was waiting daily on a 10% off new user coupon (which wouldn't have worked anyway since it was a sale item - i missed that part). I called and received a portion of the sale price which was not sufficient for me but appreciated. 1 week later the sale returned (odd, but OK). I purchased the Arcteryx Altra 85 pack. Of note the pack came shipped folded up with the (removable) waist belt also folded rather than removed and packed around. Not the worst thing but probably not ideal. All in all a good experience despite my learning curve to your website tendencies and the slight packaging issue.
