Good Deal on Snow Shoe Bags After some difficulty getting the "My Troop" authorization recognized by the Mountains Plus web site -- mostly my fault as a new user -- I was finally able to complete this transaction. The customer service when I called was excellent, and he tried to help as much as possible. Finally, I figured out I had to actually sign up as a member, not just as a guest user!! I have been looking for a reasonable price deal on Crescent Moon snowshoe bags. Mountains Plus had a sale on these bags, and once I had the membership process completed, I purchased the two bags. The actual transaction was smooth and efficient. The bags were great, not seconds or rejects!! Overall, I would recommend this site. They do a great job and will only get better as this site grows. Great price. Exactly as advertised. Honestly, I expected to be surprised when my shipment arrived. I thought the item would be different than I saw on the site, or that it would take forever to receive, or that I would go through hell contacting the seller. Wrong, wrong, wrong. I was surprised, but only because the item was in fact brand new, as advertised, shipped immediately, and they answered my e-mail within hours. Go for it, these guys are the real deal.

Great customer service The products and prices were great, however the thing that stood out the most was the customer service. My shipment was delayed because of a snowstorm in our area and UPS was unable to deliver on the day specified. Mountains Plus called me to let me know of the delay and the updated shipping info. I had a great all around shopping experience with them.
