Stand up Company who did the right thing I recently ordered a Thule bike rack from Mountains Plus. It arrived in terrible condition (damaged during shipping) and Mountains Plus made it right for me. This item was dropped shipped by a third party so the damage was not due to anything on MP's end, but they quickly stepped in and made it right for me. I appreciate their attention to detail and the fact that they initiated contact with me, rather than me having to chase them down. I'll gladly do business with MP in the future and recommend them as an outdoor gear retailer whom you can trust.

The customer service when I called was excellent, and he tried to help as much as possible. Finally, I figured out I had to actually sign up as a member, not just as a guest user!! I have been looking for a reasonable price deal on Crescent Moon snowshoe bags. Mountains Plus had a sale on these bags, and once I had the membership process completed, I purchased the two bags. The actual transaction was smooth and efficient. The bags were great, not seconds or rejects!! Overall, I would recommend this site. They do a great job and will only get better as this site grows.
