Installation on my Subaru Outback New style roof rack was easy. It is a very solid mount and enables me to use all the Thule accessories I've accumulated through the years. Great customer service The products and prices were great, however the thing that stood out the most was the customer service. My shipment was delayed because of a snowstorm in our area and UPS was unable to deliver on the day specified. Mountains Plus called me to let me know of the delay and the updated shipping info.
