Don't buy from midway Don't buy from midway. Not only do they charge you 10 percent restocking fee for something that isn't your fault but they charge you shipping even though no where on their policies does it say that. Then they use excuses when you asked why you are being charged for shipping when it doesn't say anything about that on their return policy. especially when 3 employees told you before you returned it that since it wasn't your fault that you wouldn't be charge!

Ordered three items including Redding… Ordered three items including Redding Competition seating die, $147.00 for die alone. Received order 10 days later only to find a rusty, scratched die. Was it used? Shipped back for an exchange then called a week later. Part received but order not even processed yet. Requested refund. What a mistake to order from them. And they sold my e-ml address to Rise Armament.

I have purchased over the internet from… I have purchased over the internet from Midway and received orders in three days. I go through customer service and they yank me around. To almost 7 days, what is the difference between the internet and customer service. Through tracking it's still parked in Kansas City. I'm only a hour away.

Decline of a once good company. I have dealt with Midway USA for many years and the experiences have been good and bad over the years but in the recent year their attention to customer care and service has dropped drastically. Apparently, the company has become so large they feel they no longer have to worry about customer care. My most recent order was lost in shipping (10 days) and the shipper (UPS) provided a case number but stated the shipper had to initiate the search. When I contacted Midway with this info they refused to do so until an additional 14 days had passed. SO, I have to wait at least 3 weeks to start the process on my lost package. In the meantime, I had to find and purchase the items elsewhere due to a deadline I had.
