Ordered three items including Redding… Ordered three items including Redding Competition seating die, $147.00 for die alone. Received order 10 days later only to find a rusty, scratched die. Was it used? Shipped back for an exchange then called a week later. Part received but order not even processed yet. Requested refund. What a mistake to order from them. And they sold my e-ml address to Rise Armament.

Thus far I placed 4 small orders for parts, and the process has been flawless, and the shipping was faster than I'd expect. Packages arrived on or before they were promised. Disappointing to read others have had bad experiences, and I'm hoping those are anomalies. I'll update my review if anything changes.

Customer for over 20 years I'm writing because the reviews do not reflect my experience. I have been doing business with midway by net or snail mail for over 20 years. My experiences have always been good. Merchandise was as expected, prices were inline with other such companies, and service was outstanding.
