GBWorst subscription box I ordered a birthday subscription for my grandson. They didn't ask for a delivery date, so gift was way early. Didn't include my birthday note. Had I not been on top of it, he would have only gotten 1 of 6 boxes. When I emailed the issue, they apologized and would fix the issue and upgrade the 2nd box for my inconvenience. He got the same exact box as the first, no upgrade. This time my birthday note was included. This is over a 2 month period. They never fixed my subscription issue. Finally requested a refund. Well see if I even get that back. Worst customer service ever! Look elsewhere.

GBExcellent customer service quick to respond. Have been dealing with Kyle M. about my recent request to cancel my subscription. Over the course of the last few days he has been very helpful and quick to respond to my request for help. I feel like the desire to retain me as a customer was top priority for him. Gave me options and assured me that the IT department was working to fix the issues I was having. I am hopeful that the issues I was having will be resolved and I will remain a customer.

GBLucky Tackle Box Saving The Day!! I have ordered boxes for co-workers for a few years now. When ordering this year, I made a mistake and selected the monthly subscription. I did not realize my mistake until I got an email my monthly box was shipping. I emailed and Kyle responded very promptly returned my email. He fixed my subscription and resolved the issue within minutes!! Christmas is stressful enough without me making it hard. Lucky Tackle Box (and Kyle) really care about customer service, and I am beyond thankful for them making my experience so easy!!

CAOur monthly package was lost along the⦠Our monthly package was lost along the way of being delivered and after following up with the delivery company and Lucky Tackle box, a replacement monthly subscription box was sent to us to replace the missing one without a hassle! Which we greatly appreciate!! Thank you ALEX!

GBLove Lucky Tackle Box Love Lucky Tackle Box! Only cancelled because it's now wintertime and my tackle boxes are overflowing. Cancelling could have been easier, but Kyle was great. Will 100% renew as next season comes around
