Horrible customer service Horrible customer service, Ordered the professional package for both our boys and everytime only 1 package shows up. The response everytime is the problem in the shipping department. Hate to tell you but, the problem seems to be in the management department. Will never use this again and have spread the news in Canada not to use this company.

terrible customer service terrible customer service. I tried to cancel subscription multiple times and still get charges can boxes I don't want delivered (in terrible shape). I been trying to get in contact with someone for 2 months now and NOTHING, no way to call, no one responds to email or calls back from the sheet on their website. I'm just about to block them through my card and see if i can get some money back. terrible company

The website only allows you to buy… The website only allows you to buy stuff. They try and get you by continuing your subscription after the 3 months or whatever are done. Then their website won’t allow you to cancel a subscription. Total crap. In dispute now with Mastercard.

Worst subscription box I ordered a birthday subscription for my grandson. They didn't ask for a delivery date, so gift was way early. Didn't include my birthday note. Had I not been on top of it, he would have only gotten 1 of 6 boxes. When I emailed the issue, they apologized and would fix the issue and upgrade the 2nd box for my inconvenience. He got the same exact box as the first, no upgrade. This time my birthday note was included. This is over a 2 month period. They never fixed my subscription issue. Finally requested a refund. Well see if I even get that back. Worst customer service ever! Look elsewhere.

Great customer service I ordered a 3 month subscription for my husbands birthday, and the first box was missing one of the included jigs. I emailed customer service and Kyle got back to me quickly to inform me that the specific jig was out of stock. He assured me that they will be sending a replacement as soon as possible. We are lookin forward to the next two boxes.
