GBNo Customer Service, no way to cancel, products not as described As a new angler I wanted a way to get new gear and learn how to use it. Got the 1st box, there were multiple duplicate items, no fishing magazine and no instructions for YouTube video access as advertised on the site. Lures received also seem too large for targeted fish. Attempted to reset password with company website and despite several attempts did not receive any password reset link. I used the customer service email to try to reach them to cancel my account but got no response. Called my credit card company and blocked them from charging me and disputed charges for 2nd box since I was unable to reach them to cancel. No phone # available for merchant.

GBI had the best experience I had the best experience! I never write reviews, but I also rarely experience exceptional customer service. I ordered a 3 month gift subscription for a 14th birthday present. During the order, I entered the delivery address wrong. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I didn't realize until a few days before the birthday that the package had been returned to sender. I emailed and apologized for my mistake and inquired on purchasing overnight delivery. Kyle M responded to my email promptly. He was so kind, immediately shipped out a replacement and even upgraded it 🤯 Y'all this issue was 100% my fault! They didn't owe me a thing! Thank you Lucky Tackle Box and Kyle!!!

GBConsistent helpful support from LTB Consistent helpful support from LTB! We've had to contact a couple of times over changing address and small stuff, and they've always been fast and helpful - I wish all online purchases went as well and were as well supported.

CAThe website only allows you to buy… The website only allows you to buy stuff. They try and get you by continuing your subscription after the 3 months or whatever are done. Then their website won’t allow you to cancel a subscription. Total crap. In dispute now with Mastercard.

GBResolving an issue I got the Bass xl package for my boyfriend and found out later that his sister bought him the same package for the same 3 months. I emailed and asked if something could be done so my bf didn’t receive duplicate packages. Kyle was very helpful/accommodating in resolving our issue!
