Great customer service There was some confusion with my order and I ended up subscribing twice. Customer service was really great and not only fixed the problem, but gave me a refund. My son loves his Lucky Tackle Box, definitely his favorite Christmas gift.

No Customer Service, no way to cancel, products not as described As a new angler I wanted a way to get new gear and learn how to use it. Got the 1st box, there were multiple duplicate items, no fishing magazine and no instructions for YouTube video access as advertised on the site. Lures received also seem too large for targeted fish. Attempted to reset password with company website and despite several attempts did not receive any password reset link. I used the customer service email to try to reach them to cancel my account but got no response. Called my credit card company and blocked them from charging me and disputed charges for 2nd box since I was unable to reach them to cancel. No phone # available for merchant.

Love Lucky Tackle Box Love Lucky Tackle Box! Only cancelled because it's now wintertime and my tackle boxes are overflowing. Cancelling could have been easier, but Kyle was great. Will 100% renew as next season comes around

Consistent helpful support from LTB Consistent helpful support from LTB! We've had to contact a couple of times over changing address and small stuff, and they've always been fast and helpful - I wish all online purchases went as well and were as well supported.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service, Ordered the professional package for both our boys and everytime only 1 package shows up. The response everytime is the problem in the shipping department. Hate to tell you but, the problem seems to be in the management department. Will never use this again and have spread the news in Canada not to use this company.
