I had pre-sales questions and spoke to Janis, she did an excellent job of answering my questions throughly. 👏 Then there's Jeremy (co-owner), an awesome guy that cares deeply about the customer and the company. Thank you both for all that you do. It'll be a couple days before I receive my cooler, but I believe it'll be great because everyone takes pride in this company and products. GBGreat product and great support Great product and great support. I have multiple Bison products and they work for me every bit as well as the "name brand" for a much lower price point. They are not cheap knock-offs, the quality is first-rate. I have had problems with a couple of orders over the past several years, and customer service has always been super responsive and helpful. This probably means more to me than the quality of the product does. Great service is hard to find and sure appreciate it when I do.

GBGreat cooler Heard about the Bison 24 can soft cooler from my son who purchased one. My grandson plays on a travel baseball team - usually Friday through Sunday tournaments. I packed the new cooler with cold packs, drinks, and other snacks needing refrigeration on Friday afternoon. By Sunday afternoon, the cooler still had ice in it and the drinks that were left were still ice cold. The cooler is a little pricey, but so far, not at all disappointing. I would recommend getting one.

GBWe love our Bison coolers We love our Bison coolers. All 3 of them. The only reason that I have a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the absence of decent discounts. Especially for repeat customers. There seems to be 5% and discounts for friends, but there should be discounts for loyal customers. Repeat business and multiple coolers should have the opportunity for discounts . 10% and 20% for loyalty would be greatly appreciated , create brand loyalty and incentivize more purchases.
