GBVery happy with our awards! We do a yearly award called the Pioneer Awards. This year, I wanted to design a new award, which meant choosing a new award template and producing a few samples. The Fine Awards crew was helpful and responsive through the whole process. The end result is almost perfect!

GBUps and Downs I had a problem with the engraving on an award being crooked when it arrived which was disappointing. I did reach someone is customer service that was able to get he award corrected and shipped overnight to my conference location. It was a little touch and go for a while, but it got taken care of.

GBCustomer service was great...product arrived broken The follow up from the design staff was fantastic, but the issue was that multiple products arrived broken. Not sure if the packaging is insufficient to keep it from breaking, or the styles I picked were too fragile.
