GBWorst customer service experience I've… Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered thousands of dollars worth of awards and approved all of the artwork as soon as it came through only to have Customer Service reach out the next week to approve the artwork AGAIN and it was all wrong. This delay has resulted in our awards being scheduled to arrive AFTER our banquet despite my request to expedite shipping. They quoted expedited shipping at over $1,000 and I asked Customer Service to share some of that burden since the delay in delivery was due to their error and not mine. Without even responding to my request, they notified me that everything was shipping via Ground. The website boasts of guaranteeing your order will arrive BEFORE your event and that's a lie. I've been trying to work with Customer Service for days and it's like talking to a brick wall. It's beyond ridiculous and I'm never ordering from this company again. Buyer beware.

GBGood customer service and quick turn around time I am a little disappointed with the Star Gazer trophies I received. The one that I have unpacked has a scratch (multiple lines) across the back of the silver star. At least the front of the silver star is not scratched. Where the trophy joins the base there is overflow of material on the base. Where the star joins the art glass it is rough and not smooth. Maybe a little better quality control before things are shipped. I have not looked at the second one I ordered but it will probably be the same. At the $300 mark for the two trophies it would be better if there were no boo boos. It would also be very nice if you could figure out some sort of presentation box for these trophies rather that pillow packing and cardboard box. Thanks.

GBOverall a great experience Heather is a great account manager. She is always very helpful and responsive. We had a slight mix up with an order but she handled it very professionally. No complaints here.

GBVery good business It was good working with the gal on the phone that I did. I'm sorry it's been awhile and I can't remember her name. She was very helpful. The art department made our changes without question and the award looked great.

GBGood Product - Poor Follow Up The product arrived in a timely manner and presented with the agreed upon design specifications, however the box that held one of the awards presented with significant damage. I contacted customer service to remedy the issue and the follow up has been very poor.
