GBThey made things right. The initial attention to detail was underwhelming when creating the proof particularly given that I provided the completed artwork. It is important to review closely the proofs they send to you before going to production. However, they were always very quick to correct and return the artwork and in the end the products I ordered looked amazing and I couldn't have been happier with the end results. GBVery good quality awards! We have used FineAwards for our GALA crystal tower awards for several years. It would be helpful if our previous orders were more easily accessible since we generally order the same style/type/artwork each year. Also, as a non-profit organization we are entitled to a discount on our order, but I have to be sure and request it. The awards are lovely with quality etching. They always get good compliments from our awardees and people who attend the event. Thank you.
