GBI bought a CO2 laser from Monport on… I bought a CO2 laser from Monport on May of 2022 and received it on October of 2022. Based on my machine, the quality is poor. (1) The first thing that broke were the cast hinges within a month i replaced them with steel ones from my local hardware store. (2) The On/Off switch shortly after they replaced it, it took over a week. (3) The Z0 axis probe dove into the wood without stopping (2023). Few weeks go by and they sent wrong one, they keep telling me they'll replace it. (4) The laser power supply goes out. Again they said they'll replace it. As of today 3/12/24 being waiting on Z0 probe for three months and for the power supply 2 months. Monport lacks customer support and lacks knowledge on troubleshooting. I'm frustrated. Now it seems they don't want to honor their warranty. Now after comparing other machines to this one, i would not recommend Monport.

GBMy problem was solved I purchased a Monport CO2 engraving machine a year ago. I am very satisfied with the product. Although the machine had some minor malfunctions during long-term use, I contacted the after-sales team and they all gave me solutions. It would be better if the assistance from monport's support team could be faster
