Just bought some router bits from… Just bought some router bits from Sanrico and I am quite impressed with their customer service. They obviously put the customer first. I received my tools in just under a week exceeding their timeline for delivery. I’m quite satisfied with the tools that I bought. I will definitely do business with them again (they have some very cool tools).

A Plus for Customer Service I have placed 3 orders since discovering Sanrico. All have shipped promptly and have been quality products. I can give their customer service the best rating possible because I made an error in ordering and they went over and above service when getting me the needed part. This should be everyone's go to place for tools etc.

Very Helpful, The folks at Sanrico have been very helpful! When an order seemed to disappear - after a slight hiccup, they investigated and then re-sent the order, which has now been delivered. The items themselves are of good quality; and will be very useful. I am impressed with their friendliness; and willingness to assist at every stage. More than happy and will definitely deal with them again.

Happy Customer In the past I have ordered various items from Sanrico without any problems. My last order for a Profile Tool got somehow lost in transit. I contacted the Customer Service Department about it how got things sorted out and rectified very quickly for me. For that reason, I give them full marks. Well done.

Great customer service This company knows how to treat customers. I purchased a tool from Sanrio. Based on prior purchases I was told I was a member of Sanrico’s VIP club and entitled to a 10% discount. When I tried to claim the discount on a more recent purchase I did not know the correct discount code. When Sanrico became aware of my experience they volunteered to give me a refund of 10%. How many organizations do that.
