Delivery issues I ordered three items in early May 2021 and received one in about three weeks. The other two did not show up for a long time. I repeated the order of the other two and sent a few emails to get feedback on delivery expectations. the response was unsatisfactory claiming one item was delivered mid May. The overall ordered came within two days apart by June 20th. I am satisfied with the product but concerned with the delivery and the extra effort needed to track the order. Ahmed Shazly

Seems like another Chinese scam I placed my order for looking unique drill bit based on amazing advertisement placed on Pinterest. The one been received was different, does not work at all. I do consider it as another made in China scam. The problem is no customer service phone number does exist. They keep silence to my 3 every day complaints submitted through their website. There is no alternative way for contacting them. $30.00 is pretty much for a not working single drill bit. I want to get a full refund. This is my very negative experience ordering something made in China through Pinterest advertisement. ONLY after placing such feedback I've been contacted by their customer service rep ( he calls himself James) who offered me a full refund ( no return necessary) in exchange to editing my pretty negative feedback. I have agreed. So now I'm adding with 2 extra stars to my EXPERIENCE with Sanrico.com not for the product itself and not for the way how they sell it. James told me to use such a very specific drill I have to buy another special and expensive equipment to my drilling machine. It was not mentioned about on their Pinterest advertisement clip. That is why I called it initially a scam. Hey Sanrico , here is America and not everybody is dumb as you think. You have to be responsible for what you put in advertisement gear providing with honest and fullest information to American customers. You can cheat on your compatriots but here in States you have to follow the doing business rules.

I failed to see the mention of the… I failed to notice mention of the required adapter when I placed my order. Thus the product received was useless without it. I contacted the Sanrico service team about my dilemma. They responded right away and provided me an opportunity to purchase the needed part. It’s great doing business with entrepreneurs that provide a good product and also value “customer service”.

Power Sphere I ordered the power sphere without looking at the whole website. (my mistake) The power sphere requires an adapter, as It is made in another country. I did not order it and was greatly disappointed. The customer service with this co. was wonderful and I will definitely order from them again. Customer service is the exception and the reason I will use this co. again Thank you customer service. Wilton Forbes

Horrible company Horrible company. They have a product called BOXACY. I though it was for an actual wooden box, but they instead emailed me with a link to download instructions on how to build it myself. So my fault for being confused about the images. But I never clicked that link to download it. Once I realized it wasn't a physical box, I immediately emailed them for a refund as they can tell I never downloaded their instructions. Instead, they refused to respond to multiple emails, and wanted to just keep my money. Horrible behavior. As a company, if you know someone mistakenly purchased something, but never downloaded/used it, then you should issue a refund. It's no cost to do that.
