Sanrico delivered my Welding Rods as… Sanrico delivered my Welding Rods as promised. Initially they appeared lost but Sanrico followed up and they were delivered in days. I have not used the Welding Rods yet so I can not comment. I would like to give kudos to the Customer Support staff as they were very timely in following up with my questions. I would recommend this company as reliable/dependable supplier.

Eclectic collection of tools and… Eclectic collection of tools and products that may just be the one thing to manage a project or gnarly job! Recently I was getting one of those (cobalt drill bits) and pressed an up-sell offer button thinking I would get to see the details - alas, no, it promptly added it to my order, which I didn’t want as I still had plenty of that product at my shop. I contacted support and they agreed to cancel and refund that portion of the order. So cool products and excellent support.

Customer service has been great, but…… Customer service has been great in tracking my original package. I made a mistake entering incorrect zip code. The package went round and round via USPS. Finally returned to Sanrico. They indicate that they will send out a new after I write a review. New item supposedly sent again. I have not received tracking information after multiple requests. Beware that you can purchase exact same item at $30 cheaper on Amazon or eBay. Do your research!

square drills I ordered the square drills and as another reviewer pointed out, they don't work without an adapter which Sanrico don't sell even though they use one on their promo video. Sanrico have now offered me a refund of the drill bits, which was kind of them. I would like to see them offer the missing adapter on their website, so that whole solutions can be bought.

The customer service is excellent! The customer service is excellent. I purchased welding rods and their automated system offered me an even better deal. However it wasn't clear to me as to why I couldn't simply order the "better" deal by itself. After communicating with their service department, they made an exception that allowed the cancellation of the first order and they promptly refunded me. I then ordered the "better deal" and I ended up with 40% more welding rod and saved $10 in the process. Thanks a whole bunch! It's rare to be treated well nowadays. I would buy again from them.
