GBVitaly Borker of EyeGlassesDepot.Com Arrested and Charged with Fraud Vitaly Borker, apparently IS the guy who owns and operates EyeGlassesDepot.com. He was arrested and charged last week. A few days ago, this business sent me a harassing email requesting that I return material that were never used in the repair job, then calling me a thief. I requested that they stop contacting me, they immediately sent another harassing email. I can't stress this enough, STAY AWAY!!!!!

GBHappy Eyeglassesdepot customer🤓 I mailed my broken Prada frames to Eyeglassesdepot in NY from MI for same frame repair. Eyeglassesdepot mailed me a pre-paid label to send broken frames. I mailed frames and in about three weeks, I received frames from Eyeglassesdepot well repaired, a bit tight around ears, but repaired quite well. Thank you Eyeglassesdepot Team!🤓

GBFraud Alert! This is a wrong rating percentage. They file their own good reviews to offset the bad ones. They are a scam. If you fill out their online form - which does not constitute a contract - they try to harass you into sending in your glasses even if you decide not to do business with them after investigating them. If you don't send your glasses in, they will harass you to pay a fee for the mailing label that costs them nothing and a "cancellation" fee. Check out their ratty storefront on Google Maps. Google "Has online's biggest bully returned?" for the May 2, 2021 New York Times article about the convicted criminal who runs this business.

GBIndicated they would replaced with… Indicated they would replaced with factory lenses and then sent wrong ones back. Worst customer service ever. Should not be in business with the way they deal with and handle their communication. Since...owner reached out and indicated they would replace the lenses to the manufactures specs. Need to mail them back and start the process over. Owner is being helpful in trying to correct the issue.
