GBWHO IS RALPH?? NO STARS, none. Visited their web sight for INFORMATION ONLY. These people pre printed a shipping label with out any reply as to cost or even if they could repair. They ask for NO information about my glasses. Now I am being harassed to pay for a shipping label. They have not talked with me only electronic mail. Class action law suit being filed in Virginia. I intend to join in the litigation. Mean while intend to work with Federal agency as appropriate to stop this nonsense.

GBComplain to NYC Dept of Consumer & Worker Protection I have had a very negative experience with this company similar to many other complaints/reviews I have read. After trying to deal (unsuccessfully) with the company I contacted the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection and filed a complaint. The DCWP tried reaching out to eyeglasses depot with no success and because my complaint was the only one on this co with the department, I was told there wasn't anything they could do based on ONE complaint. So, I am asking that each and everyone who sees this and feel that they were scammed by this business will do the same. GBWrong prescription, zero service! They have never heard of customer service, apparently. My wife ordered a pair of glasses, which arrived with the wrong prescription. They refused to refund her money and repeated emails went unanswered. Don’t buy from this site, you might as well give your money away.

GBProbably my fault for not researching… Probably my fault for not researching this company before sending my sunglasses to be repaired. But they are a total rip off. ($40 to replace one little screw) They do not give estimates before doing a repair then hold your glasses hostage until you pay up. Impossible to get anyone on the phone and do not return messages anyway either. There was no prepaid shipping label and keep texting my phone to let me know that the bill hasn't yet been paid. No kidding. Do not use this so called repair service!

GBIndicated they would replaced with… Indicated they would replaced with factory lenses and then sent wrong ones back. Worst customer service ever. Should not be in business with the way they deal with and handle their communication. Since...owner reached out and indicated they would replace the lenses to the manufactures specs. Need to mail them back and start the process over. Owner is being helpful in trying to correct the issue.
