Indicated they would replaced with… Indicated they would replaced with factory lenses and then sent wrong ones back. Worst customer service ever. Should not be in business with the way they deal with and handle their communication. Since...owner reached out and indicated they would replace the lenses to the manufactures specs. Need to mail them back and start the process over. Owner is being helpful in trying to correct the issue.

Vitaly Borker of EyeGlassesDepot.Com Arrested and Charged with Fraud Vitaly Borker, apparently IS the guy who owns and operates EyeGlassesDepot.com. He was arrested and charged last week. Again with fraud. Already convicted twice and jailed twice. Hopefully the third time will end his criminal career. Google ABC News "notorious-eyecare-fraudster-nabbed-3rd-time-fraud-charges"

So far - Very good - Now lets see what happens.... So far, this company has been top notch. They immediately responded to my email saying the prepaid postage label was not attached to the confirmation email. when I say immediate, we are talking about 60 seconds. If the rest of the transaction goes like this, I will be very pleased. I will keep this review updated.

Probably my fault for not researching… Probably my fault for not researching this company before sending my sunglasses to be repaired. But they are a total rip off. ($40 to replace one little screw) They do not give estimates before doing a repair then hold your glasses hostage until you pay up. Impossible to get anyone on the phone and do not return messages anyway either. There was no prepaid shipping label and keep texting my phone to let me know that the bill hasn't yet been paid. No kidding. Do not use this so called repair service!
