GBTook Way To Long I placed my order back in early December, two pairs of glasses of which one got broken while in processing at Lensable, only for it to take another two months to replace the broken pair and have them prescribed. I’m glad I was told what happened but then told me they are waiting for confirmation on replacement, like really?? I finally received my order 19th February. I felt given the time and the incident that occurred my order should’ve become priority but it seemed it just fell in line with the rest of their orders.

GBWhen I called agent was great! When I called, she was very helpful and pleasant and she gave me the information that I needed to get my order worked on and shipped to me. However, I am very disappointed in the whole processing of the order and the fact that I was never contacted about the photo being rejected!!! I paid in September/October and sent glasses in January but wasn’t contacted by you as to why it was taking so long to process the order!

GBLeasable has been taking longer and… Leasable has been taking longer and longer for their service. I paid the additional $10. (the 2nd time, paying for faster shipping). It took almost 2 weeks for my shipping box to arrive. It took a whole month to receive my order. Ordered March 20th, didn't receive my glasses until April 19th. The processing time has slowed down tremendously. This is about my 4th pair. I found sunglasses I wanted to order through leasable site, but I'm afraid they will take another month. Im quite disappointed in the decline of the service.

GBAbsolutely terrible Absolutely terrible. Website says four to seven business days and I finally received my order after EIGHT WEEKS. One of the pairs wasn’t done correctly and the other pair was a pair of cheap readers they put my prescription in that kinda looked like the pair I sent it but were a totally different pair of glasses. Customer service it terrible, the phone and chat agents only have access to the same information you do on the website, so you have to wait for an email back to get any real information. I want MY glasses back! Not something that kinda of looks like them you picked up at the pharmacy counter.
