GBgreat The prescription sunglasses are perfect and they arrived way sooner than I ever expected. There were a lot of negative reviews so I was scared to try lensabl but I was really pleasantly surprised. Don’t let me ruin your life but I had a perfectly normal and good experience.

GB101 days to get my new glasses 101 days from acknowledging receipt of my glasses to replacements arriving. Their website says about 2 weeks. Plus over 20 chases, getting Better Business Bureau involved, and a registered letter to their CEO. Woeful customer service. If I hadn't kept chasing I think I would still be sitting waiting for replacements.

GBThe glasses arrived in pristine… The glasses arrived in pristine condition and I love them. The process was overall simple, direct , and cost effective. I will say however the communication was heavily lacking as my frames arrived at the beginning of the month. And then I waited almost three weeks before I got any correspondence or updates. And when I DID get an update, I was that the process was done and the glasses were being shipped back to me. Why… set up the expectation that I would get step-by-step auto updates to only NOT do that. Three weeks is to me quite a long time of radio silence. Either change the expectation OR give the updates.

GBAvoid This Company! Would highly recommend to avoid them! It took well over a month to get my glasses back, not 4-7 days as they say. I would send them a note asking about status after hearing nothing. They would respond it should be done in 1-2 days and they would e-mail when sent. A week later, nothing so e-mailed them and they send nasty e-mail that I need to wait until they respond, after it has been a week later than they said they would respond. Then use excuse that it didn’t pass their high standards and are remaking them. They did this twice after week 2 and week 4. Finally after week 5 I was given notice they were sending them. Their pupil distance app didn’t work either. I would have been better off just paying a regular store the 30% I saved then use Lensabl. Never again!
