GBCustomer service is good Customer service is good. The online virtual feature is great. However, the order status was very unclear after order was placed. I had to follow up with customer service twice to get the delivery schedule.

GBAvoid This Company! Would highly recommend to avoid them! It took well over a month to get my glasses back, not 4-7 days as they say. I would send them a note asking about status after hearing nothing. They would respond it should be done in 1-2 days and they would e-mail when sent. A week later, nothing so e-mailed them and they send nasty e-mail that I need to wait until they respond, after it has been a week later than they said they would respond. Then use excuse that it didn’t pass their high standards and are remaking them. They did this twice after week 2 and week 4. Finally after week 5 I was given notice they were sending them. Their pupil distance app didn’t work either. I would have been better off just paying a regular store the 30% I saved then use Lensabl. Never again!

GB101 days to get my new glasses 101 days from acknowledging receipt of my glasses to replacements arriving. Their website says about 2 weeks. Plus over 20 chases, getting Better Business Bureau involved, and a registered letter to their CEO. Woeful customer service. If I hadn't kept chasing I think I would still be sitting waiting for replacements.

GBAbsolutely terrible Absolutely terrible. Website says four to seven business days and I finally received my order after EIGHT WEEKS. One of the pairs wasn’t done correctly and the other pair was a pair of cheap readers they put my prescription in that kinda looked like the pair I sent it but were a totally different pair of glasses. Customer service it terrible, the phone and chat agents only have access to the same information you do on the website, so you have to wait for an email back to get any real information. I want MY glasses back! Not something that kinda of looks like them you picked up at the pharmacy counter.

GBI am delighted with my new lenses! I am delighted with my new lenses! I ordered 2 pair-one tinted, one clear. My vision is sharp and crystal clear with either. Uploading all my information was pretty straightforward and I got a quick response to the one question I had. Turn around time was very reasonable and I paid 1/2 the price for both pair that I was quoted for one locally. My vintage harlequin frames were treated with the utmost care and the two sturdy cases and eye glass care kits were a nice surprise. I could not be happier with my purchase. Excellent experience from start to finish.
