This is my third pair of Designer… This is my third pair of Designer shades that I've used the frames for my prescription glasses with transition. I love them all. Love the discount prices even more. Definitely a contender for value Designer Specs! Everything great except for the free shipping was just a little too long. Otherwise very happy for the product and overall process. Would purchase again, especially if they have sales/discounts etc!

It was fine It was fine. The actual delivery was much sooner than the earliest estimated time, and would have been while we were away, if we hadn't put a vacation stop on our mail.

Never Received When placing my order, the website said 1-3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping. It has been a month since I placed my order and customer support can't even tell me if the manufacturer has shipped the frames to them, much less how long it will be until I receive the glasses. The only good thing I can say is that my refund was issued promptly when requested. Update based on seller response: The only emails I received were vague responses to my inquiries essentially saying they didn’t know when they would get them and thanks for my patience… that went on for weeks with no actual updates provided.
