GBI no longer pay for vision insurance I no longer pay for vision insurance! This place is amazing. Reasonably priced frames and prescription lenses. I have really bad vision and I didn't pay anywhere near what those optical shops charge with vison insurance.

GBNot only was I not informed when my… Not only was I not informed when my order shipped, but now I understand from the return form/process that I will be charged a 20% restocking fee for ordering 3 or more pairs of glasses. I actually called DO and asked if doing this was acceptable/common. The employee said yes and did not mention any restocking fee. I am very unhappy, since I ordered almost $1000 of eyeglass frames. Also, the order took a long time. I ordered on August 21st, and I did not receive my order until September 30th.

GBGood Company I have had good luck with them. They phone support was top notch. They were supportive and knowledgeable. Price were good. I would have no problem recommending them to friends/family.

GBSlow shipping, good product I ordered two pairs of glasses for both of my girls who needed glasses. One we went with another company, and one we went with DesignerOptics, paying around the same price. The first place we went with delivered super quickly. However, the glasses didn't fit quite right and they were just okay. The ones from Designer Optics, which were these Betsey Johnson ones that my daughter picked out took quite a bit longer to ship, but they fit perfect, and the best part is that there's an extra set of lenses that were included with the order. Which for a 5-year old is probably the best thing ever. So now we're going to re-order my other daughter's glasses with Designer Optics. So I would say shipping is significantly longer (looking at like 3 weeks at least), but when they do arrive, they're very good quality. I would definitely recommend shopping for kids' glasses here.

GBI placed my order on a Wednesday and… I placed my order on a Wednesday and paid the extra postage for 2-day UPS delivery. Didn’t receive them until Tuesday the following week. Called customer service and they credited the extra postage fee. Sunglasses showed up and are very nice quality. Overall experience is great from the virtual try-on to ease in ordering. Will definitely buy from them again.
